Scalability

Competing solutions have important limitations in the number of fields or the overall size of the database, and slow down geometrically when loaded with large volumes of data. Tenbase™ has no such limitations and our system scales linearly. We invested years of effort in optimizing and tuning I/O, caching, and multiprocessing techniques to deliver a high performance experience to end users. As a result, users can apply analysis to terabyte tables without waiting overnight for answers.

Our system is not based on SQL database technology or OLAP cubes, the former being slow and the latter restrictive. Importantly, however, our technology is a software solution, built and deployed on reliable, commodity hardware, so there is no need to invest in mainframe or specialty–hardware systems with a limited support life span.

Security

1010data can fully manage and support the data warehouse in one or more of our geographically diverse data centers. Each site is co–located in a state of the art facility, with fully redundant backup and internet connectivity, providing for exceptional security, availability, and disaster recovery.

If your data cannot leave your premises, we can ship you fully configured server appliances to rack and stack in your own network facilities behind your firewall.
