Is customer data secure when it is sent to 1010data?

Yes, 1010data takes the security and confidentially of data very seriously. As a first step, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is put in place. Customer data is never intermixed and the company has multiple data centers located in several hardened, secure locations. User access is via user name/password authentication, is fully encrypted, and can be restricted to specific sets of client IP addresses.

How long does it take to get benefits from the system?

Typical enterprise installations take two months or less from contract signing to business use. In cases where the data is a standard vended database already hosted for other customers, the installation can be almost immediate. In any case, 1010data can take the raw data and load it into the database to minimize the work for you. A secure data transmission link can be established to enable ongoing transmissions of data updates from your system to 1010data's system.

The largest single table currently in use has well over 30 billion rows (records) but much larger tables can easily be accommodated.
