1010data's offerings are available as either Software as a service (SaaS), as described below, or as an appliance that can be installed in a customer's data center.  In either case, we include software maintenance, upgrades and significant support as part of the package.

Our principal service offerings are,

Data Warehouse as a Service (DWaaS)

"Data warehouse as a service" is a data warehouse hosted and managed by the vendor (in the cloud), and accessed by users and applications through the internet. 1010data's complete service includes the database management system (DBMS), database creation and administration, and data integration and loading. Our "private cloud" is located in top-of-the-line co-location facilities that provide the ultimate in reliability and security.

Business Intelligence as a Service (BIaaS)

"Business intelligence as a service" consists of applications that are hosted by the vendor that allow users to access and analyze data. Among 1010data's offerings is a unique, spreadsheet-like, browser-based user interface that allows true data exploration and ad-hoc analysis.

Data Integration as a Service (DIaaS)

"Data integration as a service" consists of software that is hosted by the vendor and is used to prepare and load data into a database. 1010data's PowerLoader can be used by both 1010data personnel and customers to load data into a hosted data warehouse.

Application Platform as a Service (APaaS)

"Application platform as a service" is a development and deployment environment for internet-based (SaaS) business applications. 1010data allows customers to create interactive reports (Quick Queries and Uploaded Queries) for use by a specified user community.

Advanced Analytics

1010data's advanced DBMS natively handles a much broader range of queries than conventional DBMS, including ad-hoc data mashups, time-series analysis, trans-dimensional analysis, inexact joins and other computations that are difficult or impossible to do in conventional, SQL databases.

Business to Business (B2B) Portals

1010data's DWaaS offering and extensive access controls provide an ideal venue for sharing data among companies. It is easy for a customer to open subsets of its database to other companies and grant access over the web.

Our appliance package includes all of the above and differs only in that the machines are physically located at the customer's site.
