For customers that would rather not manage hardware, software and even databases themselves, we can take care of the whole thing. Our "private cloud" is located at top-of-the-line co-location facilities that are a model of reliability and security.

Customers can choose to have us host the hardware and supporting infrastructure only and load their own data into the system or they can have us manage the data as well. We can even help develop queries and reports. Then all the customer has to do is use our UI or other interfaces to actually do analyses important to their business and not worry about the database and infrastructure.

Because of the quality and reliability of our service and that fact that we make the whole thing so easy, most customers avail themselves of the complete service. But ultimately it's the customer's choice.
