About the role:

As the Customer Solutions Analyst you will provide technical solutions and enablement to our customers. The Customer Solutions team designs, builds, and supports solutions for our customers, integrating 1010data’s database and platform within web applications. Team members are technical and domain experts who work with both external clients and internal groups understand how 1010data can be used to solve real world problems and build out analytic tools to help provide solutions to those problems and generate value for our clients. Team members at 1010data think on their feet, are problem solvers, and self-starters who offer a unique perspective, synthesizing insights to solve real world business problems through technology.

What you will take on:

  • Identify opportunities to solve business problems with analytics and collaborate to build solutions
  • Design and build prototype applications to gather first iteration feedback. Build out of these designs will vary in depth based on the level of detail required to solicit feedback
  • Demo prototypes to internal and external audiences
  • Guide client-based projects and SOWs requiring custom build out for clients
  • Ensure all products and solutions used by customers are appropriately supported, providing great end-to-end customer experience across all stages and touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Help to establish innovative concepts, promote new products and solutions ideas, and work cross-functionally to align customer interests with business objectives while encouraging problem-solving, strategic thinking and customer-orientation amongst the team
  • Leverage existing and additional relevant technologies to enhance reporting and analytics
  • Help disseminate training among the CX department, focused on keeping employees abreast of the necessary skills to implement and support the products our client use

What you already have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a data analytics or similar role
  • 1+ years working in the Retail and/or CPG data analytics environments
  • Working knowledge or experience with SQL and other databases, especially for large data sets
  • Experience designing and building application interfaces; Experience with JavaScript and Vue is a plus
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and fostering communication across teams
  • Ability to utilize strong problem-solving skills to work through complex challenges
  • Experience presenting to clients and demoing new applications
